These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theGlammzo website at https://glammzo.com, the Glammzo CRM platform, and all related products and services offered by Fixxzo Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, submitting a form, or registering for a demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Glammzo is a cloud-based salon management software platform designed for salons, beauty parlours, spas, wellness centers, and related businesses in India. Our Services may include, without limitation:

• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Customer and client relationship management
• Staff management and role-based access
• Billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Inventory, services, and package management
• Reports, analytics, and business insights
• Marketing website, contact forms, and demo request workflows
• Future product features, integrations, and mobile experiences

We may offer certain features free of charge during promotional or launch periods. Pricing, plans, and feature availability may change over time as described in these Terms and on our website.

To access the Glammzo CRM, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current business and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful information during registration and keep it up to date
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Ensure that only authorized staff access your salon account
• Comply with applicable laws when collecting and processing your customers' data

We reserve the right to suspend or refuse account registration if information is false, incomplete, or if we reasonably believe the account may be used in violation of these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services
• Upload malware, harmful code, or content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringing
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Services except as expressly permitted
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or overload the platform without permission
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation with Glammzo

We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, or terminating access.

The Glammzo name, logo, website design, software, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Fixxzo Technologies Pvt Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our platform, branding, or proprietary materials.

You retain ownership of the business data, customer records, and content you upload or create using the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Glammzo may be used by us without obligation or compensation, subject to applicable law.

We aim to provide reliable, secure, and high-quality Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes that significantly affect your use of paid or core features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Fixxzo Technologies Pvt Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for your business decisions, customer relationships, compliance with salon industry regulations, and the accuracy of data entered into the platform.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees (if any), pose a security risk, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the CRM will end. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable law, and reasonable business practices. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before your account is closed.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms, our features, pricing, or policies from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice through the website, CRM, or email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
